Cell Phones at Sea... extra credit

Ok... so I totally looked up how far cell phones can go out at sea, and I found this article. it talks about how their is a signal on cruise ships so you can use your cell phones for the same cost as roaming. Check it out...

If I find anything else I'll post that too, but so far I've just found info that gave like the nearest cell phone tower to sea, but it doesn't tell how far it reaches.

So I am here to start the discussion on how and if Huck Finn should be taught in schools.

http://www.sdcoe.k12.ca.us/score/huckcen/huckcentg.html

I thought this website I have posted above might be a good place to start. It is one way to teach Huck Finn, designed to teach it to 11th graders. It includes activities on how the book was banned and gives websites. Let me know what you guys think.

Huck Finn

Mr. Wargo-

I am going to be absent until Tuesday of next week, and was wondering how far I should read in Huck Finn?

Thanks,

FOOD

Your generosity has been well received. When the food was delivered the little kids had already set the table in anticipation...
