Cell Phones at Sea... extra credit
Ok... so I totally looked up how far cell phones can go out at sea, and I found this article. it talks about how their is a signal on cruise ships so you can use your cell phones for the same cost as roaming. If I find anything else I'll post that too, but so far I've just found info that gave like the nearest cell phone tower to sea, but it doesn't tell how far it reaches.
